This is on target. Needed to include soul patch for full credit, but there's no money required to have one of those.

$20k may seem extreme, but if the sexes were reversed here and Kfed was bringing in $34 mil you know damn well that Spears would be getting a hell of a lot more than $240k a year.

if women make it ok to do this why can't men.
Women aren't the ones who make it acceptable or normal, but they utilize it (why wouldn't they?). But a reversal of the roles doesn't make it any more just or acceptable, in my view.

Why is that a requirement? If mom lives in a mansion does she have to pay for dad to live in a mansion too?
That's the way it is when the man has the money in these situations, so yes.

about increasing his child support payments because the $20,000 a month he receives isn’t enough.
$20K/month to raise 2 kids? That's OT Baller status.
I didn't even know he was a member here.

he is such a piece of shite, god damn that broad had no taste. She could of fricked one of the baws on here, and he would of had 1000000x more class than federline.

I'm not a divorce attorney but according the Lousiana child support schedule (I have no idea if that is where he lives) the calculations stop at $40,000/month combined gross income. That's only $480k year. At that amount the child support for two kids is $4,707 apportioned based on each parents income. Over $40,000/month is determined on a "case-by-case basis." She pays over 4 times the highest child support amount listed on the schedule but she obviously makes WAY over 4 times the last income level listed on the schedule.
I'm not sure the "equal standard of living" guideline (whatever that is) is going to be that compelling when you get to these levels of support. I can understand making sure the kids aren't eating filet mignon 3 nights a week while starving the other 4 nights a week but at this level of child support these kids have anything they want anytime they want, much less anything they need.

Her body may be the best it’s been in 15 years. Something is up with her face but damn everything else is tight.

20 k a month is a lot for the OT poors but it is low for these kids. It would be equivalent to someone living one week in a $500k house and then the next week in a single wide in some fricking trailer park.

I’ll call a spade a spade and say that this is an entirely stupid case.
I put this on par with Michael Strahan’s divorce where his ex wanted an insane amount because she loved to dress up his twin girls in Prada regularly. As toddlers.
Child support should be about the care and maintenance of the children, not equalizing the home environments by docking the breadwinner to support the leach, regardless of genders involved.
