What time should we expect to see the instructions on Twitter later tonight?

He reads the instructions to the jury in open court when he charges them. They aren’t some confidential document.

How would anyone be hearing anything?

It's a new game. Claim you have sauces that you don't really have. No proof necessary. Watch people run with it. Laugh.

I would also guess that any jury room discussion of intimidation, or intimidation influencing a vote, is reason for a guilty verdict to be tossed. If this talk exists, somebody will mention it in an interview.

Do you guys even know if any of the women are moms? If I were the piece of shite prosecutor my first job would be to weed out every potential juror mom.

If it really is 6-6, this country is dumber than I thought.

Also, I always thought film inside courtroom wasn’t allowed, what makes cases where it is allowed different?

Honestly if I knew the general public knew I was member of jury I would vote guilty, no way am I putting family at risk for some random dude.

Maybe you need to consider in this case that voting guilty might put you at risk?

Seriously?
The OJ Trial in 1994 was broadcast live as frick. I still know where I was when my mom was watching the verdict Live from THE COURTROOM. I was in LSU's Howe Russell Hall after class on a courtesy phone with her listening to the TV.

So you would put a teenager in prison because you’re a coward?

Jack Posobiec is making things up for attention.

How in the world would he ever know something like this? There is a juror who is leaking this, and he picks Jack Posobiec of all people to talk to? Come on.

If the “safety” of your family hinges on sending an innocent man to prison for life, then they (and you) are likely doomed regardless, no?
