The problem with that is the defendant will run out of money sooner or later.. The prosecution on the other hand can throw every resource at it forever.. trials are very expensive to defend.

I don't think Kyle will ever run out of money. If he did by the time it got to a third re-trial it would have so much attention that someone will do it pro bono.

He won't run out of funding. I heard one of his former legal advisors mention that he had plenty of money(privately funded i'm sure) for a second trial if needed. Money won't be an issue.

There was over 80,000 people watching the Rekieta youtube yesterday and there wasn't shite going on. During the actual trial they got over 100,000 watching. Plenty of people out there would send Kyle money, and I am one of them.

Yeah there's no shot he'd run out of money in the case of a hung jury. Especially the way this trial has been publicized and lied about by the media outlets. Hell he'd probably get even more funding for subsequent trials now that the "white supremacist BLM killer" lie has been exposed.
ETA: there's been a rolling sticky on /pol/ that gets 40-50 posts per minute. Never underestimate what those autists can whip up.
