What a terrible song. Still not as bad as Prince Purple&gold though

Absolute party band. They just kept things light and fun. Meanwhile they played mostly their own songs.

When that video first came out and it was posted on this board, didn't she try to get the thread removed or something? It might not have been as funny to others, but I thought that whole thing was funny because the comments were hilarious.

I believe you’re thinking of Janka Joe with Ginger their lead singer.

Janka Joe was great and I was friends with Ginger. She brought me up on stage once to sing a part of a song. Just once though bc I can’t carry a tune in a bucket. She looked nothing like Gwen Stefani but maybe similar showmanship.

Whatever happened to them? Last time I saw them was at the Caterie and the leader singer was being all deep and pensive talking about he was going to Alaska so he could write new songs

I tried to watch the “I’m a Whodat” video. I hate it when white people speak/sing in Ebonics.

Was 6 Pack Deep a ska band? I think I have one of their t-shirts from a show at the dive bar across from Burlington on Old Hammond. Also, I worked with a guy at the Chimes who was in a band called Rittner. I only saw them when I happened across them playing at the student union. There were like 3 people in attendence, but I liked the CD.

They still play, usually around the Lafayette area. The singer is from New Iberia, graduated a year or two behind me
