Realistically, if they do wear it much after High School...that's a problem.

3x state champ when it wasn’t this split bullshite. We played against the blacks too. Still, small school so whoopty fricking doo.

I never wore it a day after graduation. Bet I didn’t wear it more than 25 times total. Girls wore mine. Didn’t get the last year or so’s patches. Some others are loose in pockets. It gets sticky where it’s leather if you keep it covered.

Some kids at the school wear their parents. My kids won’t wear it. Say it’s not cool to do.

frick these pieces of shite. I’m still melting and russelled or whatever.

Ours were free, they came with the jacket and the high school letter. If we wanted any patches along the sleeves for things that we had earned or our name on the back, that cost extra.

I went to two different high schools. One in Las Vegas and the other in Louisiana. Both schools gave me mine.
Have a Maroon & White one from my high school in Mississippi and an Orange & Black one from my high school in Louisiana. Both were provided by the schools in the 70's. We had to order patches from a local drug store. Football letter men got jackets. All other sports got sweaters.

Way back in 1981, the company that sold the jackets had a program for you to sell M&M’s to help pay for your letter jacket. Myself and many teammates went this route.

Did a summer at the Owl Fun Camp as a junior counselor for mine…

That means you’re deep in the playoffs and it’s cold though Had to break mine out when it was 40 degrees at Neville

Mine got lost during my divorce I often wonder what happened to my all district 1st team baseball, 2nd team all district and all district all tournament team patches covering those sleeves. The sports letters noted from baseball and basketball gone in an instance

Also the memories of girls wearing it during my senior year.

My high school did everything through Josten's. Over the course of 3 years buying a Letterman jacket, a senior ring, and graduation stuff we probably spent about $1500 with that company. That sales rep made a killing.

I lost mine my senior year right after taking my senior pictures a few months before I graduated. Got a call from my old high school three years later that they found it in the gym.

Ours were free… patches and everything… my girlfriend from my senior year has mine… she married with 2 kids now and stay in Dallas … I saw her about 3 years ago … wanted to ask her if she still had it so I could get it.. but it was a awkward time with her husband and boys there to be asking about a jacket from the year 2000…

Letterman Jacket Cost

The ones made out of Buttafuoco are a lot cheaper.

They will eventually wind up in Mogadishu
