Both stores for me, walmarx & Aldi both turrible.

Why do people continue to eat lettuce? Standard iceberg lettuce has little to no nutritional value, and has to be washed thoroughly before using, as it's more likely than not to be covered with potentially life-threatening fecal coliforms.
Kale, Chinese cabbage and rockets are much preferable substitutes to lettuce, and are loaded with nutrients and antioxidants

I've been wondering the same thing. Lettuce on subs in particular, tastes like it's been rolled in dirt when I eat it. Don't know if it's because I've had Covid, or something in the way they package it, but it tastes like @$$.
