When you’re putting beers into the fridge, open the back of the box, place the entire box on the shelf, then open the front of the box and push the beers through the back. And voila, no more unloading beers one at a time like a Neanderthal.

I cook my roux in the microwave. 5 minutes, then stir and cook minute wise. Tastes like a pot roux.

If the gas station bathroom is over-flowing with piss/shite/paper/ etc, just piss in the sink. It’s the perfect height and you don’t have to worry about urine splashing on your legs.

Will second this. I roll it with a rolling pin to about 3/4". If you're in even more of a hurry, you can nuke it for like 3 minutes and toss it in the pan. Also vastly more efficient to stack in the freezer.
