By all means, expound upon the hidden culinary and entertainment gem that Shreveport must be. Enlighten me.

Coach Chappy, I don't live in Natchitoches, but graduated from NSU and still do some work in Natchitoches (actually there now). It's a nice place for a family, and a pretty area with affordable real estate. Don't hesitate to better yourself and improve your situation. Consider it an investment.

Natchez, Louisiana is a suburb of Natchitoches, Louisiana.

If you know of Natchez Community, you may have spent some time in Natchitoches Parish.

Yeah, with small children, Natchitoches isn't terrible. Like any other town in the South, it's got its problems, but Front street during the winter is pretty damned slick. You just have to get used to the slower pace, the complete shutdown of the city after dark and on Sundays, and understand that you are an hour from anything that can remotely be considered a sizable city.

Running to Lafayette to get XXX because there isn't a place in Scott to get XXX ain't even remotely happening in Natchitoches. If it isn't there, you ain't getting it without two hours' drive time.

You sure because not one time did you mention anything about food. Don't get mad that you were at best unclear.

How about you go first with Alexandria since you made the claim that it is better than Shreveport?

You clearly know nothing about the music history of Shreveport so maybe don’t go trashing things you don’t understand.

According to most of these arse hats on the OT, there’s no good food to be had north of I-10.

If it ain’t Cajun food, it isn’t worth a damn.

It's a nice little town. An hour from Shreveport, 4 hours from Dallas, 4 hours from NOLA.

Lab schools are good, I would assume you can get your child in there.

Two many people south of I-10 don't realize there are other seasonings available in the world other than Tony's and cayenne pepper.
