When ULM had that fraternity kicked off campus a few years ago for racist group me messages, they expelled one of the kids from ULM.
I’m no expert on this stuff but I think the issue with this kid and LSU is the fact that he’s not even a student yet.
In other news, I almost got kicked out of a university a few years ago for saying something that was apparently homophobic.

Did they dismiss the kid who attempted to burn the American Flag on the parade grounds?
For those confused as to why this kid's admission shouldn't be denied, your answer lies in the above mentioned event

I'm certainly not an expert, but everything I have read says differently.

Acceptance to LSU, a state university, is based upon academic qualifications only. There is a holistic review portion of the admission process but that's only used if someone doesn't meet those requirements. If he was admitted to the university based on academic qualifications and he gets denied based upon this, he will have the Parade Grounds renamed after him.

“we can’t do anything”.

the tweet is a bad look for LSU. They should have some sort of response to this other than “we can’t do anything”.
I'm still trying to figure out how this is a bad look.
There are constitutional limitations and hate speech is protected. LSU responded factually and succinctly.
Not every situation needs a 500 word "Note" from the President.
