Mass shooting but everyone got hit in the leg? It might be time to redefine a mass shooting. Sounds like this was just a case of a pissed off significant other blindly shooting as he ran away holding his gat sideways.
Shouldn’t we reserve the term mass shooting for an incident where people take planned, effective fire that results in serious injuries or loss of life?
I know it’s picky, but the thread title reads far more dramatically than the actual story turns out.

This is awful. When I lived on magazine I would spend Saturdays bar hopping up and down. Balcony bar isn’t the cleanest place but there’s absolutely no reason this should be happening anywhere near magazine street.

New Orleans has great food, architecture, etc, but the crime is out of control.
