I definitely nap but never more than 15-20 minutes. My problem is I never ever ever sleep through the night.
Maybe I should try opioid addiction. They seem to get some pretty deep sleep.

I have Willis-Ekborn Disease (Restless Leg Syndrome), so I have to medicate to sleep anyway.

83. I get up around 7:00 AM, go to bed between 10:00 PM and Midnight.
If I get involved in rigorous activity, then I usually take a 30 minute afternoon nap, the next day.

Afternoon naps are the best.
If I get my regular exercise, falling asleep at night is not a problem.

I haven't been able to nap in about 30 years....I am 60. It seems like it'd be nice but I can be exhausted and lie down and instantly awake. I get up as soon as the sun starts to rise unless its earlier because I set an alarm. And I am usually asleep by 10 PM. Have been for many years.

I don’t take naps

I only nap when I’m sick, which isn’t often. I rarely sleep late either. About 8:00 is the latest in a Saturday but I’m still usually up before 7:00. Doesn’t matter if I slept well the night before, or horribly, I still can’t fall asleep during the day.

I'm 50, but I've been napping on Sunday afternoons for most of my life.

You’re missing the point. If it doesn’t tell you to sleep, don’t.

None in the last few years. I’m 73. I sleep well at night so don’t feel a need for a nap.
