Sensible, middle class, white and black people are learning an invaluable lesson on voting. They have no one to blame but themselves. I am asking Governor DeSantis to ban all migration to FL from liberal failed cities and states. The morons will move but not change their voting habits.

Let's start at "all police should have a minimum of a Master's Degree in Criminal Justice with at least a minor or separate Bachelor's in Social Work, they should have at least two years experience in pre-hospital medicine, the same amount of experience in dealing with in-patient mental health and be at least 6', 250 lbs with a low BMI so they can easily handle all suspects."

Your small town Barney's are one thing. In the vast majority of cities police do quite a bit of all kinds of training, obviously way more than what you realize. In the fire service we train all the time also, we still gonna frick up though

A couple of questions come to mind. Let's say this passes, would your property tax go down? Of course not, they'll use the taxes on something else. Next, would it be possible that they could use this to usher in sharia law?

If you’d have told me in say 1984 when I was the same age as these college age millennials that in the year 2020 we’d have an American city council that voted 12-0 in favor of doing away with their police department I swear I’d have thought you were off you’re rocker.
It’s funny. In the 70’s we quite literally thought we’d be in flying cars by now.
In the 80’s I just thought we’d have colonized Mars by now and on our way outside the solar system.
NOW, I just want to survive the plague of idiocracy for the next couple of decades or so until I egress out of this place and let them have at it.
