Maybe I am being optimistic, but I jetted late on Sunday nights all the time back in the day. If there was a canyon involved, slipping and falling isn’t out of the realm of possibility.

Sounds like she was found down the side of a steep drop off on the side of a fairly major road.

I am not sure for how long or if any repairs or weather/snow issues are limiting its access, but Boulder Canyon Trail goes along the side of that road (can curve away from road a little at times). It’s looks paved on satellite view, but I don’t know for sure.

That’s so terrible for her family. Hopefully she didn’t suffer and merely took her own life instead of the alternative.

I'm so sorry for you and your family. This must be a more than excruciatingly painful loss. I pray for some sort of comfort and peace as you embark on this journey no parent wants to take.
