I love Social, but I'd rank Cotton above it. IMO Cotton may be better than any restaurant in Lafayette, but the second best restaurant in Monroe would probably be 20th in Lafayette.

I know the landrys own one of the largest crawfish processing plants in the state and a shell station. Dunno how much income that would bring. I'm sure the plant is mostly cash money

The little bit of crawfish harvested north of Alexandria probably makes up .5% of what comes out of Louisiana. I could give you the names of the guys that head north 3 times a week with 10k pounds of crawfish in their trucks.
