'01 Lightning here. I you tubed a couple of videos with your exhaust delete SLP Loudmouth. I don't think you're that loud, certainly not much more than mine if any. Never had any problem with my neighbors, most of them want to see me roast off my back tires. Has a lot to do with the way you drive. If you aren't being a dick, let your neighbor whine.

Its illegal to just hang stuff on the outside of a mailbox. My dads friend put flyers on neighborhood mailboxes and was told by the authorities to remove all of them or he would be prosecuted.

If his brother in law is a sheriff and he wrote you a bad ticket that would be abuse of his position, if the sheriff's department has any ethics. If what you were doing was wrong then he wouldn't need to include his brother in law and he should have called the police on you. Sounds like the type of person that cannot get along with anybody and that must be what makes them happy.
