My neighbors kids didn't recognize them at first just rang my doorbell at 9:10 pm. I lost my shite. I told them to go away. My dogs were going ape shite and almost woke my fricking baby up that is hard enough to get to sleep.

You sound like a pretty reasonable guy.
I've had fast and loud cars all my life, and race cars with open headers and big cams with lots of compression.
There's a time and place for everything, but 5:15 AM is not it for a loud car by a neighbor.
Your car will be really really loud as described especially if you are getting into the boost when you leave. How much boost are you running?
I've had late model Mustangs and a Terminator Cobra. Sorry, but it's plenty loud with some free flowing mufflers, especially with boost.
I'd say you should either not drive that car so early or put some more reasonable exhaust on it. And stay out of the supercharger until you are out on the highway.

I fricking hate obnoxiously loud vehicles, i.e., those deliberately tweaked to be louder than normal/needed.
All the other shite sounds like him being a shitbird, depending on how far apart you live. Even unincorporated area can have houses close enough that shooting and burning could be a pita for neighbors.

Pretty sure it's a felony to open someone else's mailbox...so you could always just get him on that
