Yep, And we've had some pretty good gusts already today. I was out at our spot at lunch and was thinking wind might be an issue.

Knee jerk reaction: Weak reason to cancel - sorry NOLA is a city that’s always at risk to another hurricane. 30 mph winds and cold seems modest.

No when weather was an issue last year they flat out said parades will not get moved, will roll planned or not rolled at all.

They ditched all the bands for the morning parades on Sunday for weather, and I'm pretty sure some other adjustments were made.

People shite on Nola for a lot of valid reasons.
You coming to the Tuesday - Wednesday - Thursday nights of Mardi Gras isn’t one of them.
If you want to bring the family you should have come last weekend.

I'm sure most of the riders for parades tonight were already in uniform at their pre-parade party/gatheringa. Has to be a bummer for them, especially if they had other plans tomorrow. But better safe than sorry, especially after yesterday.
