If only they would start posting signs saying they refuse to call the police at their homes, businesses, etc. Then the criminals would know where to go and others where to stay away from.

I think there is some merit to this. Police expect everyone to obey them immediately and if not, they feel justified using force.
There are a lot of good policemen with good intentions. But there are also a lot of thugs with a badge.

And I do hope the police agree and don't go to calls in communities like this. Those signs are cute they are holding up about police killing people. I bet for every sign like those, they could print 100 showing thugs that have died doing their thing. That's not important though.

They're absolutely correct. Settle your own problems, don't call in goons of the state who just make it worse.
People should be able to opt out of police authority, and the flip side is that they can't ask the cops for help. I would do it in a heartbeat.

I think "fewer" would be a better phrase than "no one".
I can think of a 6 year old sitting in his carseat killed by police for doing absolutely nothing.

I'd love to counter protest these people with pictures of blacks killed by other blacks. Statistically, a black male between 18 and 35 years old is the biggest danger to blacks. Police would rank much lower but police departments have cash to sue for.
