That calculator says I should weigh 180, I haven't weighed that since high school and I was skin and bones then. 225 is the ideal weight for my height and frame, 180 would look like a toothpick.

You’ll be called an obese fat denier shortly. The point is a BMI calculator simply by height and weight is not an accurate measurement of “healthy” or “obese”

ummm no. you dont have large bones and unless you are in the 3% or so that lifts weights really hard and has essentially maxed out their genetic limit on muscle....no you arent built like an athlete.

You may carry more fat there and hips instead of your stomach....but you are not built like an athelete and are still fat.

Idk how tall you are but I can say with 99% certainty that 225lbs isn't your ideal weight

because he is an idiot and so are you. it is an accurate measurement for 95%+ of the population when it comes to obesity. Healthy is different and depends on age if your fatness has caught up to you or not.

why? we knew it would be 10 pages of fat acceptance fo those 20-40 lbs overweight.

This is the same OT that never fails to call a model fat for being 10-15lbs overweight....yet fails to acknowledge that they themselves are obese.

A 45lb difference in what a BMI chart says and what you say seems kind of hard to believe.

Unless 180 is the very bottom of the normal range for your height, 225 is almost certainly too much weight.

Judging by the upvote to downvote ratio, 65% of the OT is fat.
