Do Buffalo wings have to come from Buffalo now?

When did words stop having meaning?
You have a little Gordon in you. The issue is whether customers can recover in the event they buy a product advertised as boneless and there is some accidental bone left in the product and it causes injury.

Identify as boneless

Wait a minute, that Supreme Court actually had to spend time deciding on that BS

Can you articulate a little better what you are trying to say here.
I can't tell if you have a valid point or have no idea what you are talking about, but I have a guess.

I have seen boneless chicken wings advertised but haven’t had any. I have always been curious because it seems to me that if you take the bone out there is nothing left.

If you order boneless wings you deserve whatever you get

Also in Ohio

I may be remembering a wrong case, but wasn’t the origin of this someone tested the meat of a boneless wing and found that it had remnants of bones, a byproduct of the grinding process when making nuggets? Then sued on that basis being a false claim?

SCOTUS and the highest appeals court of states (not all are "Supreme") often hear cases where the fact pattern seems trivial or mundane but the cases are chosen because of the issues brought up in the appeal process. They are usually issues of first impression or issues that the court feels need redress or further specificity. It isn't the fact pattern (though this probably will have far-reaching implications in Ohio advertising and consumer affairs law) that is really being "tried" it is normally some greater concept but headlines written by non-lawyers for non-lawyers often make it seem like a waste of time.
Case in point the case that effectively overturned the Chevron Doctrine was in regard to some herring fishermen that didn't feel like they should have to participate in at-sea monitoring programs for the herring fisheries.
Mundane facts, massive fallout.

I actually agree with the court ruling based upon the article.
Could've been a pretty small piece of bone sticking out the wrong way and he didn't chew well enough to find it. Not out of the realm of normal risk of eating ground chicken.
Ole boy needs to chew his food better

There are no boneless wings. They are just wings. “Boneless wings” are just chicken nuggets

If boys can be girls and vice versa, why not?

This case was about personal injury. A guy went to a wing restaurant and got boneless wings and ate one that had a tiny bone in it. It got caught in his throat and later he found out he had a torn esophagus. I think it got infected. He sued the restaurant and supplier.

thought the OT would love this, it is anti-plaintiff attorney.
I'd be pissed if I choked on a bone or chipped a tooth when it was supposed to be boneless.

4-3 decision.
"In the dissent, Justice Donnelly did give the majority credit for realizing, as they stated, that boneless wings are not actually wings and that chicken fingers are not actually fingers. "

The bigger travesty is the world accepting the wing cut in half, as a wing.
A wing has 3 parts. Big Wing has been cutting them, separating the drum from the flat, discarding the tip, and selling us the drum and the flat, separately, as wings.
Stop the lie. Your "wing" is only half.
