Tie dental floss around them tight at the base. They will turn black and fall off in about a week.

I grab them, pinch between fingernails, them yank. They may leave a tiny spot of blood. I wipe with alcohol, then don’t worry bout it.

I removed one with this tool I bought on Amazon that basically bites a tight bead on it and restricts it until it falls off. Was painless.

I saw Dr Delahoussaye a few times last year for some testing and he asked about one under my eye and a small one on my eyelid. When he said he could get rid of em easily - hell yea. The needle into the eyelid to deaden the area wasn't fun but he burned em off
