So right now, the places to avoid getting pulled into a brawl are.......
1) The serving line at the local 'all you can eat' Crab Leg Buffet.
2) The Crab Leg serving line on that 'cut-rate' Caribbean Cruise your wife talked you into going.
3) And most important. Avoid any 'all you can eat' serving line in any nationwide buffet chain.
As you were.

I have never heard it called "juicy" before, but a place like this opened in my hometown last year. Granted there aren't a lot of great seafood places in suburban Chicago, but I enjoyed my meal.
Some of the posts in this thread nailed a couple aspects about it though; overpriced and empty. If these restaurants are having short lifespans in the South, I can't imagine this place will last long either.

Yeah we have them on the Southside of Atlanta. Some have closed without anyone ever going in it would appear anyway. Others you think they're having a Charger/Challenger fan club grape drink giveaway with each purchase.
I went once. Everything was hard like it had been overcooked by a couple of hours. And that sloppy crap they throw in the bag marinates your fingers even through gloves. I assume they're like most where you can use your EBT to 'buy' the seafood and then pay $1 cash for them to cook it for you. Around here, there's a lot of that.

Viet style crawfish is good, just don’t think it’s the same as your traditional crawfish boil. Personally I don’t typically get much crawfish, cause it’s too expensive, I’ll get a couple pounds of crawfish and then shrimp.

The wife and I walked into one once a couple of them popped up, we turned right back around. To say we were "different" than other patrons would be an understatement.

There is quite a few of them here in Denver.

I have seen some very cajun Baws making their own seafood bags... and I just wonder why...
Butter and garlic are great and their is nothing better than being at the camp, melting some butter and garlic, throwing in some cooked noddles and topping it with shrimp from the boil... but to just melt butter all over the shells is weird.

Key West now has two of them. Stinky Crawfish and Juicy Crab. Like others said they are Asian and both with lots of properties starting in California. I feel like these were born for the Pheonix, Dallas, Cleveland, and Tulsa cities of the world. You don't find (at least I dont see them) Joes Crab Shacks and Red Lobsters in the northeast. I swear Rhode Island has to have the lowest number of chain restaurants of any state I've ever visited.

Well… that would make sense
But I get what you actually meant.

This thread is my introduction to these "juicy" restaurants. I've never heard of them before this thread.
