The colored lights are sold for pennies on the dollar after Christmas for a reason. Rush down to Walmart and buy plenty of Peasant Lights.

The HOA in our neighborhood does not allow multicolor lights up for Christmas display. Only white lights on house or bushes. Inflatables and lawn decorations can be multicolored.

Always did the all white lights and I'm starting to warm up to the coloreds. It depends on the type of light. The large coloreds are classic.

I understand people with kids having colored lights outside, but a home where only adults live should be all white.
