We use to always hang those silver icicles on our Christmas tree when I was a kid. Not even sure if they still make them.

Yes, they still make and sell tinsel. It is just hard to find some years.
Just have to keep the pets from eating it off of the floor or tree.

We had a pug dog that would eat the tinsel. It made for some rather interesting looking poops in the yard around Christmas!
