Around the Johnsons Bayou/Holly Beach area along Hwy 82 near the coast

Per Wikipedia: "The pipeline is an offshore 700 ft bypass that connects the UTOS Gas Pipeline and the High Island Offshore Gas Pipeline System at West Cameron lease block 167, in the Gulf of Mexico."

Probably built in the 1950's or 60's when Superior Oil had those High Island leases.
