And the benches aren't for sitting and scrolling through your phone during sets. So obnoxious.

This is why I don’t paying more to go to a decent gym. My friend invited me to LA Fitness and it was overcrowded and just overall a terrible experience.

How long do you think a proper rest time is?
Op build you a nice garage gym. Get you an adjustable bench and power cage from rogue, nice bar, plates and some powerboat or nuobell adjustable dumbbells and get the frick after it. Much better than sitting and weighting all day for equipment.

My favorite OT subject. The gym - the OT hates fat people but then hates on them more when they go to the gym to try and get swole / lose weight.
True OT'ers apparently come from the womb pressing 225 and with six pack abs.

Fats that go to the gym don’t bother anyone unless they’re taking up space on the squat rack or other critical pieces of equipment doing super light weight or the wrong exercises (curls in the rack)

I’ll never understand this dumb fricking complaint. If I get the rack, what difference does it make what I’m using it for. Wait your turn and go cry in the corner.

The gym isn’t for pussies like you. Go to a Planet Fitness if you’re going to be a skinny inconsiderate douche

I grab the first available smith machine and move the bar to the highest point. Then I load up about 400lb. Then I put on my favorite pair on inversion boots, hop up and crank out about 50 inverted sit-ups. After taking my heart rate,
I slip on my two favorite wrist bands, grab a couple of 15 lb dumbells, and hop on the treadmill for a 20 minute uphill session... all followed by 2 hours of stretching.
Quiks the word and sharps the action....
