Place is a shithole but now all that Reggies trash will distribute throughout the other bars. I don't really frick with TL except the occasional Fred's trip but even that will probably not happen now

That's the downside of this. Other bars will suffer because the trash that congregated in Reggies will spread. Reggies served as a human garbage can, keeping the waste from productive members.

I don't know if anyone will want to touch that area for a new bar. That area is so bad now it would be an awful investment. And whatever you have to pay the cops to turn a blind eye to serving minors just doubled since they just flexed their muscles on that same building

there have been like four new bars in the space that used to be shady's. someone will take a chance at that location.
