Steak and ale corner of fla and sherwood forest, on fla near wooddale, ponderosa on fla between lobdell and wooddale, also had a bonanza on fla between lobdell and wooddale. pretty sure hojo was behind the dennys on acadian where merxtizo/hotes are.

Shakey's Pizza on Barksdale Blvd. had the best pizza in town when I was a kid. They used to be showing old black and white movies inside that you watched while you were eating the pizza. It was awesome.

My grandparents were friends with the owner of the one in Lake Charles. I ate there almost every weekend growing up. Loved their pizza and watching them make the pizzas from the little viewing platform.
