Right, after a tip from a local. They wouldn't need a tip if they just had an intern follow the trucks. If I ran a news agency I would be all over that so I can be the first one to leak the info.

Those vehicles were parked at the S&WB yard on Almonaster right after the Liberty Place Monument went down. Everything was covered on the sides, but the brake tag was a Nola Gov't brake tag and not covered. They didnt think about that one.
Also, did anyone catch what that guy was saying before the WWL cameraman told him "I'm recording audio so watch what you are saying."?
