Very sorry to hear of Rags passing. I was under the assumption that he was a lawyer and spent a lot of time in Houston on business. He knew a lot about construction too but I thought that was from him buying and flipping houses.

I have no reason not to believe he's passed. If he hasn't, I'd laugh because I have a sick sense of humor and I'd be relieved that a man didn't die so young.
He was a good poster, and his avi was definitely in my all time top 10.

Someone said a page or two back he died of heart failure. How they know this I have no idea.
