I don't think Rag was in the radio industry nor in his 50s. He and I spoke numerous times about his real estate and contracting because he knew I was in the same industry.

Nothing would surprise me with him.
He got very deep in the backchannel stuff for a while, and he dedicated a LOT of time/effort to this place during that time. He only got married in the last few years, so the kids must be really young.
