The threat is still very real for New Orleans. Need to keep an eye on developing cell down past Thiboduax.

Winds rain and lightening have increased a lot over the last 30 minutes. Down pour right now and 30-40 mph winds

Dogpound Road is north of I-12 in Covington

Radar mostly. Not much you can do to see them when they're rain-wrapped and the tornado guys have moved on to Alabama.
They are missing the "best" of it, as far as their field goes.
