parents were willing to give them money last school year once they found out their precious lil johnny was the class a hole....

I have to send my lil Johnny to tutoring just so he know's I take his schooling seriously. The kid just does whatever he wants.

Really? Parent appreciation week? You dont have to get a teacher a gift (which those gifts are usually $5-10 gift cards to places we dont usually go to but appreciate the thought). Teachers deal with your children behavior/negative attitudes/hormones, have no protection from losing job (child can attack/hit teacher and teacher can get fired if they hit back/defend self)(child can curse out and yell at teacher, if teacher yells back, they can get fired/suspended), with poor pay (while having a degree btw). Most are good hearted people that love kids and want to be a positive role model like we/they had. I know some teachers that have been better role model and done more for a student than parents have.

You make me sick. Why would you say that about professionals that cared and educated you? Any one you know that has a skilled position they learned (especially in a public school)? I think majority of teachers I know (they are not perfect/good hearted people) have a spot in heaven for them, done so much good for so many students (outside of just teach them a subject)

I appreciate people like you and I know that you all are very much in the majority.

Just please keep working to shut up the dumbass ignorant union teachers who want to do as little as possible.

There always ‘booboos’ in every industry just looking for easy paycheck. But myself and wife love being educators to kids (especially we both teach at schools we attended), knowing we will never be rich doing in (monetarily), but love seeing kids succeed in life and know you had some part of that ‘positive influence’. All teachers on our campuses are ready to work/teach, that is their passion
