was he stuck there this morning when you got there, or did you see it happen?...i say help him...he could have been trying to get some trim last night and got stuck...that is a shitty situation many here can sympathize with id think...

I have been in this position before. It is best to help them out becuse his friends will make it worse, but tell him if you catch him or them on your property again you WILL press trespassing charges.
