Been sober for an entire month,

You just posted 10 days ago that you drank a bottle of wine and walked out on your tab?

I’m always alright. Some people just don’t get me.

You get me

Congrats on meeting your personal goal. That’s awesome.

I like better that I’m getting ready to head out to a couple brewery tours. But thanks anyway.

I’ve taken on 50mg of hydrocodone before 9AM, and I’m about to go bump a line or two. Then, it’s nothing but Crown shots and Dr. Pepper until game time. Enjoy your sobriety; I’m enjoying my inebriation.

Good job! Do what is best for you.
I am 90 days sober. But sitting here having to listen to my wife do color commentary while watching HGTV is making me rethink the whole sobriety thing...

Did you bring enough to share with the class?

You know an even better feeling? Being able to drink yesterday but knowing when to quit so I wouldn't be hungover and do all the things you did this morning. Best of both worlds.

Must be nice! Some of us don't have that capability to just not drink more. Sucks

Yep, I quit a long time ago and feel at least 10 years younger. I'm no longer tired, I sleep better, and my body routines are normal. The longer you go the less you will miss it. There are times that you want to drink but it passes and you shortly realize why you did and thank yourself for not doing it.

One month means your in the pink cloud zone. Give it some more time before you promote yourself as an example.

You don’t have to lose it. That’s a choice.
It can last years.
