Does this car drive past when you’re not cutting grass? Try scoping out from inside the house and see if she passes. It seems odd as well she continually catches you cutting grass.
Did you check the street/house that’s exactly behind you on both sides? Maybe she can hear the mower start and that’s her signal.

It’s probably an appraiser lady doing a lot of work in the area and is using yours as a comp. They have to take a new photo of all homes used in the report.

I’m not saying it’s malicious intent but it’s not a bank or appraiser. 3 times in a month to take pictures only when he’s cutting grass and brings other people in the car. That doesn’t add up properly.

Maybe they are taking pictures of your house? i did a few drive by pics of a house we liked while we were having house plans drawn up. I always felt like a wierdo and hoped nobody noticed.

Also, if I they were doing some kind of harmless appraisal work, it would seem as though they would make contact with OP and make that clear.

Wait...you said in the OP that on the THIRD time you noticed this they were about 10 feet away and you were walking towards them...and you did not make any attempt to even get a partial plate number and vehicle model when they drove away?
Not a photo since you had gloves on...but simply looking at the plate with your eyeballs since they were so close?
