Maybe I was just ignorant, but I thought the DAs job was to enforce the laws on the books based on the facts and evidence presented to them. Not subjectively decide to not prosecute cases where it's clear a crime has been committed.

But this prosecutor needs to be disbarred. Is that even possible for a DA? And is a requirement for a DA to be a licensed practicing attorney.
