we did whole 30 a few years back and since there's not a lot of options to drink, i started drinking coffee heavily. had always done a bit of cream, but nowadays cream would make me gag

When I started drinking my coffee black a couple years ago I lost 15 pounds just from not consuming that much sugar. Also all those artificial sweetners give you cancer. Great move from a health perspective, dont let these soyboys who love there lattes and frappuchinos tell you differently

This is also true.
I 100% judge the shite out of any man who loads his coffee up with extra shite to change the color/flavor. But any man who cares about being judged for that needs a nut check anyway.

Black coffee is the best way to drink it. I don’t do it for some lame political reason though. It tastes best that way to me.
