Exactly....I made all the money I needed from March till the end of October without the Spring breakers or the snowbirds. If you need their asses to make money then you don't need to be in the condo business.

I probably misspoke when I said big money maker. But the people I know with places at the beach love their regular snowbirds that rent for a month or more at a time in January and February. Without them they’re getting nothing that time of year. And they tend to be older couples that take care of the property.
