By that logic, practically every person and organization in the country deserves the same headline if they have ever told, anyone, at any point, that maybe they shouldn’t dress up as Hitler or a KKK member.

Wow, there are some slow people in here. And yall vote and reproduce. They are asking them to choose costumes that don't promote or advertise things that they are striking against, i.e. show or movie characters owned by their employers that they are currently battling, as this would appear to be FOR / IN SUPPORT OF those companies. This is summarized at the bottom by the quote "Let's use our collective power to send a loud and clear message to our struck employers that we will not promote their content without a fair contract!"
