Park in your front yard next time.

It's very simple. I can't use my driveway so I have to park on the street or on the grass.

Dig up the sidewalk and plant grass.

Not possible. If anything the car is partially blocking the sidewalk.
Sounds like you should have bought a house with a longer driveway.

I hate people that do that shite especially if they have a hitch on the back of their truck.

Dumbest ordinance ive ever heard thats actually enforced.
While I think cops should issue warnings for this, and they've got about 500 things better to do in BR, it's actually a reasonable ordinance to keep people from walking in the road. Where I grew up it was easier to run in the street because there were so many cars blocking the sidewalk you were constantly swerving around into yards, etc.

The point is to keep pedestrians out of the street and prevent accidents involving them.
4 people could walk side by side past the back of my car and still not be in the street

See my post above on parking ordinances:

On the grass in the front yard between the front of the residence and the street of any lot in the Al, A2, A2.5, A3 or A4 districts and in recognized subdivisions in the rural district.

You can use your driveway, provided you aren't blocking the city's right of way.

Was this a particular subdivision here in BR?

So, are you suggesting that people should just walk in your grass, then? The next thread would be you complaining about your grass dying because people keep walking along the same path.

Tell us what it's like to have a driveway to park in.

Your driveway isn't long enough for a car or do you have multiple vehicles? That's a pretty standard ordinance most places.

Why not?

What's your street address? We need to google map this thing to see if all this is BS or not.

I've never see that enforced before. I'd rather people actually use their driveway instead of parking in the street so I have to weave around cars parked on each side of the road
