So, are you suggesting that people should just walk in your grass, then? The next thread would be you complaining about your grass dying because people keep walking along the same path.
Irrelevant. Americans don't walk we're all fat.

You should build a bridge over your driveway so that you can still park there.

It's very simple. I can't use my driveway
Why not?
What I'm gathering is either his driveway is not long enough to pull up enough to not block the sidewalk or he has multiple cars in the driveway that causes this, which would make his statement on partially true.

I've never see that enforced before.
Yeah, when we lived in Spanish Town, I would park behind my wife in the driveway if I couldn't find street parking. And I would block the sidewalk. Never got a ticket. Shoot, a few times, my back bumper was in the street. Kind of trashy, but what are you gonna do.

Not really, because at that point he's using his driveway. It just doesn't have the capacity that he desires.

I've never heard of anyone actually being ticketed for that. Did you slip the D to a cop's wife or something?

You know when people say, "they should pass a law about that" .
This is what happens. You get to spend money for parking on your own driveway because some liberal decided that they will make your property their business.

Yea, this is definitely a conservative vs liberal issue.

Atleast you're not getting taxed for how much rain falls on your driveway...like they tried to do in Maryland

1. Sell your current car.
2. Buy a Miata or Smart Car that fits driveway.
3. Use new car to pick up aggie guys.
4. Profit.

Except it isn't the OP's property.

You think the genius that calls this a liberal idea has any clue about right of way and servitude?

that'll teach you
next time drive on your parkway
next time drive on your parkway

This is all your fault. Everyone knows you aren't supposed to block the sidewalk

Right, so partially true...

No, he's using his driveway. And before you say this is me being me, you're the one arguing the semantics, not me

That post contradicts your other one, it's either blocking the sidewalk or it isn't. Shouldn't be much debate. Got a picture?

Basically what they're saying is I have to park on the street or ruin the grass on the side of my house.
Or just pull up and not block the public right of way?
Or instead of living in a house with the garage in the front yard, pick one with a long driveway and a rear garage.
