Common misconception .
Maybe that’s how it was 30 or 40 yrs ago, i cant speak to that… these days, Asian women are more than happy to have a “rich” Westerner (ie middle or even lower class to us) foot the bill for them , in their own country…. I dont know too many Asian families who want to up stakes and move to America …. But yes, esp in the Philippines, if you are marrying/living with a beautiful woman half your age, there will be familial support expected.. but, that means something very different than you might think.. the foreign guys i know who are in their 50s or 60s and have a gorgeous wife or gf who is in her 20s and 30s, yes they send money to her family in the province- but never more than about $150 US dollars per month.. it’s a small fraction of what you would spend to maintain a relationship with an overweight, entitled American ‘queen’- yet that is literally enough money for a Filipino family to survive in the province, and your GF will show her thanks to you in many, many ways ……

Go to a nice restaurant in Prague.
They ask if you are married or alone, and if single your order will be delivered by an "in-between girl" (not the waitress), who, if she is interested, will ask if she can sit down and join you, eat off your plate, and so on, the point being she is working on her Mrs.
Mom usually comes with the deal, and the entire "buy out" (to adopt a coaching term) should be around 10k.
I declined, but damn that girl was fine.

Very common in the oilfield for engineers to marry Brazilians or Asians if they travelled in their career. Usually second wives. I have seen and met some dorks with relatively attractive wives. Also from the wife perspective, it is kind of a social status thing to have a wealthy (to them) American husband.

Get off of dating apps for one. The last 3 women I dated, including my wife, I met in a grocery store. An older guy I worked with told me it's the best place to pick up women. Pay attention to what's in their carts and it will let you know if she knows how to cook and if she has kids. I married a Puerto Rican woman, so she is technically foreign, but also a US citizen. I still feel like I hit the jackpot 8 years later.

Yes, but she was here in the USA for 15 years prior to us meeting so she did become somewhat Americanized but she still has great values and not as much baggage as most American women.
I will say that she is a horrible homemaker because she grew up wealthy with maids and cooks and admitted to me before we got married that she is not great at those things. She can cook just fine but she can't clean a house for shite and is not a morning person at all because she's never really had to get up early for anything.
ETA: My wife tells everyone she is CIA
Chinese but born and raised in Indonesia and now an American

This could be sound advice. You gave a list of three basic things you’d like to see in a woman; remember that they probably have a list, too. Make sure you are…
- at least a 6/10 in appearance. That means in good physical shape.
- a reliable provider. You don’t have to be rich, but they don’t want to live in a trailer or a seedy neighborhood.
- a kind man who is, at the very least, not going to be violent.
If you meet these criteria there is one more thing, and I’m not telling you from experience, because I was long married when I realized this.
Ask, ask, ask. The average looking guys who succeed at this game are the ones who have the balls to ask. Unless you are buying a mail-order woman this is the essential thing.

The problem isn’t American women, or American men, it’s Americans; or better yet, it’s people. Foreigners can be problematic, too, as you discuss in your post.
The idea that you can get a foreign girl and everything will be better is really based on the idea that the foreign girl will be so happy at her improved style of living that she will be complaisant and subservient. This is uncomfortably close to prostitution-marriage.
