LSU girls have a definite bimodal distribution on looks. There is a large peak of fatties and trash tats, but also a smaller peak of truly gorgeous girls.
Tulane girls have a single peak far, far better than the average LSU girl but likely lack the top end talent of LSU.
The truth is Tulane girls are richer and smarter than LSU girls which means more fit, less fat, fewer tats, clearer skin and better teeth.

They do not. But, LSU, Tulane and UL-L, for 3 schools, can hang with pretty much the rest of the country not named Florida. Per capita, Louisiana and Mississippi do pretty well in that regard.

I think the argument is per capita, pound for pound.
If we go your way then as I said Arizona St would be #1 even with your criteria. Texas A&M and Central Florida would round out the top 3. KennesawSt, Penn St., Minnesota, Wisconsin, Washington and Houston would all be ahead of LSU.

I had the luxury of going to both schools. Tulanes top tier women are hotter than LSUs
But Tulane has a much smaller number of B Teamers than LSU and Tulane talent falls off the map, LSU is loaded with B Team talent.
