I forwarded this thread to a friend of Uncle's in state government and hope it may have edged the Governor to announce the new mandate. It is a shame that Louisiana is so bereft of good citizens that mandate was required. A state of concerned, virtuous citizens does not require legislation of morality, but it is clear our state is lacking.
