Only if you cook it way past well done and you have to cut it with a skil saw.

Your ancestors are pretty pissed off they had to run from lions and tigers trying not to get eaten, and you’re here crying about a potential tummy ache situation

It would depend on the Ph level of the marinade.

I guess you've never had a bad case of food poisoning.

Especially Dale's. Might as well submerge it in kikkoman's overnight.

I mean it was ruined anyways.
If the marinade was salty I'd probably eat eat. I would just cook it past my usual bleu. Probably go all the way up to medium.

170 is enough to kill the bacteria that may have grown. 165 is medium anyway. So you can’t eat it medium/rare. But it’s better than throwing it out.

Some people are more susceptible to food poisoning than others. If you've had really bad experiences with food poisoning in the past you should be more careful. I've never been more than mildly sick personally but I've seen others go through hell. Sometimes from eating the same thing.

No way man. Not unless you want food poisoning for the next several days.

You’re right. 145 is medium. 165 is chicken.
I haven’t been eating red meat lately.

Did you die of food poisoning yet? If you did can I have all your stuff?
