Are naming drinks at a wedding a thing?

I guess you could call it Raging Tiger's Favorite Drink if you really need a name for it.

That’s just an excuse to sell you more stationary for the drink menu.

If any generation is going to find a way to make weddings more narcassistic it's this one coming up.

I've seen them named after the couple's 2 dogs at one wedding

If you're insistent on doing this, the name also needs to be personal to you IMO. Unless you're a chuckwagon driver or bull fluffer, the stampede seems silly to me.

There is an open bar… There is also the option to try my favorite cocktail. Nothing wrong with it.

So if it’s your “favorite cocktail” why doesn’t it already have a name?

I bartend weddings, no one ever has a specialty drink. Closest I ever had to a specially drink was some rum punch recipe from the Prop Stop.

My specialty cocktail was an old fashioned and my wife’s was a spicy Paloma. We called them Old Fashioned and Spicy Paloma.
