Agreed. My other thought was somehow if you could jump up and grab something near the ceiling, then double foot shove with all your might to kick them out the window.
Violence like that can only be fought with violence or they won't ever stop. And if I'm the manager there, I am doing anything I can to get them out of the window and getting it closed/locked to protect my employees, then calling the cops.
