Dearest Willie Stroker,
I must first thank you for boldness and courage in pointing out what I now see is in fact a confusing and perhaps even insulting OP.
To clarify: the three things I cannot live without are The Holy Trinity, a large Family, and a diverse set of friends. Of course I could also not live without a balanced diet of high protein foods, hydration mostly in the form of water, and fresh non polluted air.
I am quite hopeful this clarifies my position and priorities for you and apologies for any consternation my previously sloppy post may have caused.

Does the Holy Trinity count as 1 or 3?
When I cook with the Cajun trinity, I count them as 3 separate ingredients that count as 3 ingredients I can’t live without in 1 gumbo.
