No possibly about it

He definitely picked up something from in front of the tire and I watched him put it in his pocket when he stood up.
That was probably just his college acceptance letter.

He found a used rubber. He figured it still had a couple of more uses in it.

We drink Le Bleu, here.
Le Bleu may be the only water brand that doesn't have microplastics and PFOS. They use distillation to treat their water and test.

I love the stuff. Good water, sturdy bottles, packaged in thick enough cardboard to keep the sun off it.
I need to find somewhere in my area to get it- the one place that reliably had it seems to have stopped carrying it after their remodel.

No drugs. Just another retarded retard you encounter on a daily basis in this country.

I think he was upset because he didn’t find the lucky penny until AFTER his encounter with the potential lady friend.
He might’ve gotten laid if he found the lucky penny first.
He gave you side eye because he’s desperate, but had a lucky penny. But after the initial rejection wasn’t sure if he could take anymore, or scared you might oblige.

Was the parking spot close to the store? In other words, was it a parking spot that would pretty much stay occupied as soon as it's vacated?
Pretty sure dude was at the store earlier and parked in that spot, got home and realized he dropped something like a key. Comes back but the parking spot is taken by a new car, parks close and goes to retrieve item
Looking for dropped item
"Excuse me, did you see a key/ID/whatever on the ground around here?"
ETA - Publix has those key cutting machines, could've been a loose key. Maybe his ID or credit card he dropped while loading his car. Maybe there's a child in a car seat in back that dropped his favorite doodad. Seems like the most obvious scenario and not something nefarious
No drug dealer is leaving a baggie on the ground in a public parking lot as a drop. Especially if that car is parked amongst the cart rack and many other cars and foot traffic. Maybe under the gas flap or hidden
The only nefarious possibility is that he was using the "bend over to pick something up" as a distraction to plant a tracker in the wheel well of a girlfriend/wife/ex's car or something

She's on the phone
Was she black? Black women on the phone is a fricking problem on the road. I know people from all back grounds are guilty of talking while driving, but its definitely more common with black women.
This morning there was the typical slop and go traffic on the MRB. About have way on the bridge the traffic started to flow better.. But then all of a sudden the cars in front started to slow down.. Here is a visual of where this was. She was in the right lane which eventually merges into the left lane.
Google Map I10 MRB
All of a sudden two or three vehicle got over into the left lane, I could't get over, there was an 18 wheeler coming up behind me. I was behind her going 18 MPH. I finally get over and this bitch has her cellphone up to her mouth like she was on speaker phone and her head was moving so she was all into some conversation.. She speeds up then slows down again but she is completely unaware the 18 wheelers behind her would have mowed her down if they (18 wheeler driver) didn't have to slow down on the bridge.
When she sped up then slowed down again, it was near the merge and it almost caused a wreck between two vehicles on side of her. This woman was talking and driving 18 mph like she was the only person on the road. Behind me I heard someone blow their horn at her and this bitch started to roll down her window.. And that's all I saw of that, no telling what she was yelling.. if anything.
Sorry, this thread reminded me of this.

And yes, you possibly saw a drug deal. Depends on what it was, and what quantity, to determine just how big of a deal it was and what danger might have been present.
